申請資格 Qualification
交換學生必須透過與本院締約之姊妹院校，且由校方正式提名才符合交換學生之身分。
Students must go through an institution that has contracted with our college and be formally nominated by your school or college.
申請文件收件截止日 Application Deadline
秋季入學：每年04月01日截止 Fall semester: April 1st every year
春季入學：每年10月15日截止 Spring semester: Oct. 15 every year

請各學院協助彙整以下資料後，將電子檔（勿壓縮）e-mail至commrd@nccu.edu.tw
- 交換學生申請表Application form(如附件)
- 護照掃描檔Photocopy of identification page of national Passport
- 2吋彩色照片jpg或jpeg檔，供製作本校學生證件使用。Electronic picture file of passport-sized photo (*This is for producing student ID card, so please do not send a picture of daily lives. The file format should be jpg or jpeg, and the file size should not exceed 2MB. The background of this picture should be white, and any hats or dark-colored glasses are not allowed.)
- 若您的護照國籍為中國，本院將為您代辦(僅能一次出入境)入台證，入台後再向您收取台幣600元證照費，您需另行提供以下文件。若您於來本院交換之前，有其他入台的行程，請先告知日期，以免重複辦理入台證，造成困擾。
We need you to provide the following documents if the place of issue on your passport is People’s Republic of China.
- 在學證明掃描檔
- 身分證掃描檔
- 2吋彩色照片jpg或jpeg檔
- 入台證申請書（如附件）
依據內政部入出國及移民署最新規定，入台證申請文件應掃描成符合以下規格之電子檔。由於線上申請有嚴格的規格限制，規格不符者恕無法送件，並將造成來臺行程延誤。

1.彩色證件照
|
- 應為最近一年內拍攝之2吋彩色照片。
- 照片尺寸直4.5公分、橫3.5公分（寬度需介於430-500像素之間；高度需介於570-660像素之間）。
- 解析度限150-300dpi，格式為jpg或jpeg。
- 背景需為白色。
- 以頭部及肩膀頂端近拍，使頭部高佔據整張照片高度約為三分之二（頭頂至下顎之長度應在3.2-3.6公分之間）。
- 需脫帽，五官面貌清晰，不得配戴深色鏡片眼鏡。
- 不得使用生活照或合成相片。

2.身份證掃描檔
|
- 彩色，原尺寸正、反面。
- 檔案大小需在512kb內。
- 檔案格式為jpg或jpeg。
- 內容須端正，不歪斜，檢視瀏覽畫面清楚不模糊。

3.在學證明
|
- 內容需註明就學學校-學院-系所、就讀學位、入學年月，需蓋公章。
- 彩色、A4尺寸掃描。
- 檔案大小需在512kb內。
- 檔案格式為jpg或jpeg。
- 內容須端正，不歪斜，檢視瀏覽畫面清楚不模糊。

4.護照掃描檔／來台旅行證掃描檔（限「再次」申請來台者，初次來台者免附）

- 彩色，原尺寸。
- 檔案大小需在512kb內。
- 檔案格式為jpg或jpeg。
- 內容須端正，不歪斜，檢視瀏覽畫面清楚不模糊。
