Nomination & Application Process
Nomination deadlines Semester 1 1 April
Semester 2 1 October
Application deadlines Semester 1 30 April

Nomination procedures •Home institution will inform NCCU of their selected students in accordance with the mutually agreed number of exchange places.
•NCCU will send the application form to Home institution.
Application procedures Fill out the application form and submit to the following address: commrd@nccu.edu.tw
Visa application Students need to arrange their visa.  Please refer to the following website for visa information: http://www.boca.gov.tw
Supporting documents

We will need students to finish the following 2 steps.

Step1:

Submit the following documents to the following address: commrd@nccu.edu.tw.

(1) Application form

(2) Photocopy of identification page of national Passport

(3) Electronic picture file of passport-sized photo (*This is for producing student ID card, so please do not send a picture of daily lives. The file format should be jpg or jpeg, and the file size should not exceed 2MB. The background of this picture should be white, and any hats or dark-colored glasses are not allowed.)
